Pagadébit
Pagadebit is a Romagna wine with vivid green hues, and it was this color that inspired the apartment of the same name and its cuisine.
This exceptionally resistant vine to climatic adversity allowed Romagna farmers to pay off their debts, hence "Pagadebit".
The Pagadebit grape, in fact, thanks to its thick skin and resistance to even the harshest temperatures, allows for excellent harvests even in bad years.
Today, Pagadebit di Romagna D.O.C. is no longer used to "pay debts" but proves to be an extremely versatile wine that can be paired with numerous dishes: from appetizers with sliced meats and piadina, to first and second courses, to desserts!
