Prices

Reservations are valid only if followed by a a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount; the deposit must be sent within a maximum of 15 days from the date of booking. The balance of the price will be paid when the keys of the apartment are handed over. The vacationer may take possession of the apartment from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the day of the arrival.

The apartment must be left in order and without people and things by 10 a.m. on the last day.

Weeks are always understood to be from Saturday to Saturday.

The guest is obliged to pay the full agreed fee even if he/she takes possession of the apartment late or vacates it early.

All’arrivo sarà soggetto al versamento di un deposito cauzionale pari a €100 che verrà restituito alla riconsegna dell’immobile,che dovrà trovarsi nelle medesime condizioni in cui è stato consegnato. Eventuali danni causati all’immobile o agli arredi saranno trattenuti dalla cauzione stessa, a prezzi correnti,salvo maggiori spese che l’ospite sarà tenuto a corrispondere. The guest is expected to make a scrupulous cleaning of his or her apartment and to behave as a polite person, by observing and having his or her family members observe the rules of good civilized living, with mutual respect and tolerance, to refrain from doing what might cause harm and nuisance to neighbors.

The apartment can’t be occupied by more people than that indicated in the reservation. Animals are not accepted.
